Holiday Support for Jaunt Cloud Services

For advance planning, please be advised that Jaunt Customer Support will have a limited staff during the upcoming holiday as outlined below:
  • December holidays and New Year (12/23 through 1/1)
    • Normal business hours resume at 9AM Pacific on 1/2

During the above period, our team will review all submitted tickets as soon as possible, but delays should be expected.

Issues relating to a complete loss of service, outage, or failure of a business critical feature, will be given highest priority. Non-emergency issues, including degraded render quality and general inquiries, will be answered when normal business hours resume.
